Education
We offer
a specialist service in whisky education to the bar, hotel and
restaurant trade. These sessions can teach key staff about the
history and background of whiskies and how to use and serve both
traditionally and creatively. Scotch is our speciality but other
whiskies can be covered.
We
can make recommendations as to stocking policy for individual
outlets. In Caroline Dewar, Distillery Destinations has someone
with comprehensive wine and spirits education who can talk to
trade or consumer groups about spirits and wines.
Both
Caroline and Helen are also on the panel, as whisky experts, of
another company which supplies specialists in various wine and
spirit fields to address trade or consumer audiences.
